Hi james, I just finished reading your previous posts about your dental help that you need.I am sorry that you haven't received any help yet that is able to make any difference. I do not have much dental information but what I found for your area is here. I apologize if this is repeat information you have been given and also I dont know what specific dental need you have..but Tufts University, a dental college may be able to help. They have a research program for different dental problems or disease and you may be eligible to take part in a study. here is the info on becoming a subject

The reviews Ive read online say this is a very good school but of course I dont know anything about them except what I have read.  Here is a more comprehensive list of their services and I know you are unemployed, but they are low cost and may be able to help you.  Please let me know if this helps you or even if it doesn't. I have no idea how near/far this is from you or what treatment you need, but I know how frustrating it can be to feel like no one is listening...
